Rezgo launched on July 07, 2007. Since then, both our company and the tourism industry have seen many changes, but never so much as in the past year and a half.
The challenges of the pandemic have been significant for all of us, but from the start, I knew how I wanted Rezgo to emerge. Our clients’ kind words showed us our strengths: a solid, easy-to-use system, a knowledgeable, responsive support team, and a focus on helping our clients thrive. With that strong foundation, amazing client base, and committed team, we would come out of the pandemic renewed, rebuilt and ready to help our clients take on the challenges that would come next.
While we aren’t as far through the pandemic as any of us had hoped, we’ve already taken strides into that future. I’ve stepped into the role of CEO to guide Rezgo and our clients into a new era. We’ve made investments into our teams—particularly into the ones that are most vital to our clients’ success. And today, to continue this transition, we’re launching an updated website.
As we leave behind some of the challenges of the past, I’m grateful to be able to bring so much of the good with us, including customers who have been with us for many years, building a good relationship of trust and appreciation.
This new website not only rebrands and renews the look and feel of our online presence, but also shifts the focus to our clients and our mission to help them thrive. I am also incredibly proud of my team. Everyone has come together during a difficult time to commit to our mission to help our clients thrive. Our experience and knowledge in this industry helps us understand our clients’ struggles, and through this pandemic, we have reshaped the way we provide our services through onboarding, customer support, and customer success.
