Crindle Stables is a renowned equestrian centre located along Northern Ireland’s stunning Causeway Coastal Route. We offer a wide range of horse riding experiences, from professional show jumping lessons to unique beach rides and sensory sessions, all with a dedication to providing top-notch services to riders of all levels.

 

Results

 

Since adopting Rezgo, we’ve experienced a remarkable transformation in our booking management. We have found it great as we only have a certain number of horses that we can book out and before Rezgo we would be taking bookings – as a family business would be taking over the phone but sometimes it did not make it to the bookings diary. This resulted in double booking and over booking – Rezgo has effectively resolved this issue by ensuring that our bookings are always accurate and up-to-date, preventing any discrepancies and streamlining our booking process.

 

Rezgo’s digital waivers have also streamlined our check-in process, allowing us to spend more time doing what we truly love: connecting with our clients and providing them with unforgettable equestrian experiences.     Safari West

    Founded in 1993 by Nancy and Peter Lang, Safari West Wildlife Preserve and African tent camp is one of the most extraordinary and exciting places located in Sonoma County, California. Safari West is a one-of-a-kind resort—accommodating both day guests and overnight visitors- there is no comparable property. We reward our guests with a high-quality wildlife adventure available nowhere else. We are the only wildlife experience in the area and the only preserve in the United States that combines education, tours, research, and overnight lodging near such an inspiring variety of exotic wildlife. There is no comparable property in North America. Before Rezgo, we had to manage our day guests on a beta tour scheduling system which did not have a fully integrated online reservation system with real time rates and availability. We were unable to book and sell our safari tours online. Unable to fully manage our in demand and sought-after tours and activities, we were experiencing reservation errors such as incorrect availability, double bookings, no shows and inaccurate guide scheduling, wrong dates, and uncollected payments. We desperately needed to transform our business and needed a robust tour scheduling software. Results The reason we chose Rezgo was, first and foremost, trust. We weren’t just looking for a vendor that could provide the scheduling and booking software. We were looking for an innovative partner. A partner that would follow through with what they say they could do—and provide us with solutions to expand our day-to-day booking operations.     Zipit Forest Adventures

    Zipit Forest Adventures opened its (and Ireland’s) first forest high ropes course at Lough Key Forest and Activity Park, Co. Roscommon in 2011. In 2013, we opened our second course in Tibradden Wood, Dublin 16 in the wonderful Dublin Mountains. Our third course in Farran Forest Park, Co. Cork opened for business in 2015. Zipit is a treetop high ropes forest adventure park with a difference. A place for young and old, where children can let their imagination run wild and where adults can embrace their inner child. You can climb high into the treetops, swing into cargo nets, even ride a BMX across a bridge, before zipping down one of our many ziplines. Results Before Rezgo, our booking system was very basic and not as user friendly as Rezgo. Customers had many problems attempting to book in, but with Rezgo this process has been streamlined. After viewing the Rezgo demo we were very impressed with the easy flow, layout and functions. Since signing up to Rezgo we have found the system extremely user friendly for us and for our customers. Our phone calls have reduced greatly due to the ease of making a booking via mobile, our most popular form of booking. And the automatic email reminders that you can schedule to go out to customers are also great. It’s a great advantage having a local contact in Rezgo support, as we get speedy responses if we have an issue. Through the back office, our staff have much more control over adapting schedules and changing bookings with little effort. Cancellation and reschedules can be completed at the click of a button. The amount of time we spend monitoring bookings has been reduced and Rezgo continues to work with us to improve and personalize our booking system. During the Covid pandemic, we’re reducing the necessity of paper handling by making use of online waivers. We’ve worked closely with Rezgo to ensure a smooth transition to paperless.

Through research, education, direct-action conservation and field projects, we empower communities to take action for ocean health. Our past booking system was very clunky. Prior to Rezgo, we were unable to customise bookings, or change many details at all! Rezgo gives a lot more in-built analytics that enable us to know more about our customers Results Rezgo is full of options to make customising bookings and making payments easy. Cool and quick – like a racing penguin! Switching has saved us an incredible amount of time throughout the booking process, especially with custom or unique bookings. It is extremely user friendly and makes visualising bookings a lot faster and easier. Rezgo makes bookings a breeze with so many customisation options. The customisations make the booking process extremely time efficient and allow for staff to focus on other things. Rezgo staff and customer service has been amazing. They find ways to go above and beyond in support with any difficulties or unique needs. Rezgo has lots of tools to make the process so much more efficient, such as ‘Rules’ to easily control when an offering can or can’t be booked. This has saved a lot of time and made for a much smoother experience. Receiving payments has become so much simpler since switching to Rezgo. The best part is it is secure and simple for our customers.
