By default, a booking’s owner is set to the user that creates the booking if it’s made through the Point of Sale, or the original administrator if it’s made through the front end. (You can set a different default user, desk and group for front-end bookings.)
This may not always be ideal. For example, you may have one user enter another user’s bookings through the back end, or want to assign a booking made through the front end to an agent.
1. Navigate to the edit page of the booking you want to reassign.
2. Click the dropdown labelled Owner.
3. Select the correct agent or user from the list, or search for them using the search field.
4. Click Save Changes.
Assign booking to desk
You can also change which desk the booking is assigned to. Navigate to the edit page of the booking you want to reassign.
2. Click the dropdown labelled Desk.
3. Select the correct desk from the list, or search for it using the search field. You can also remove it from a desk by clicking the X next to the desk name.
Assign booking to group
Finally, you can change which security group the booking is assigned to. Navigate to the edit page of the booking you want to reassign.

3. Select the correct group from the list, or search for it using the search field. You can also remove it from a group by clicking the X next to the group name.
