To edit a ticket pool, first navigate to Inventory > Ticket Pools in the main menu. Note that editing the pool lets you adjust its name, description, activation, and alerts. To adjust the pool itself, you can add or manage IDs.
1. Enter the name or description of your ticket pool in the search field.
2. Click Search.
3. Locate your ticket pool in the list of results.
4. Click the name of the ticket pool.
5. Click Edit.
