Release Date: January 21st, 2025
New Features:
- Multiple Waivers for Individual Bookings: You can now assign multiple waivers to be sent with each booking of a price tier, giving you greater flexibility in managing the number of waivers required based on your resource capacity. For example, if one of your price tiers were Double Kayak, you could now collect two waivers with each booking of that tier. This setting is available for the “a waiver for each group member” Waiver Type and can be configured under any Pricing Tiers’ advanced options by adjusting the Waiver Count setting.
- VAT Support: You can now configure VAT to be included in your price tiers, giving you a more streamlined approach to managing taxes according to your region’s guidelines. This can be set up under the “Taxes & Fees” settings section.
Improvements:
- System Setting for Line Items: You can now manage line items at a system level, allowing you to apply them across all inventory options instead of configuring them individually for each option. Additionally, you can specify the order in which these line items are applied to bookings, offering improved organization and control. This can be set up under the new “Taxes & Fees” settings section.
- New Setting for Billing Address: You can now choose to not collect billing address during your website’s checkout flow, simplifying the order process for your customers. This “Collect Billing Address” setting can be found under the Purchasing section of the System Configuration page. Note: Before changing this setting, please verify that your Payment Gateway does not require billing information for processing payments.
- Website Billing Information Update: The name and email fields have been removed from the Payment step of the checkout flow, as they are already collected in the Guest Information step. This update speeds up the checkout process by eliminating redundancy.
- Various minor layout improvements and bug fixes.
Other Changes to notes:
- Price Sheets: A maximum limit of 500 inventory options per price sheet has been implemented to ensure optimal performance and prevent saving or rendering issues. Existing price sheets with more than 500 options will remain unaffected; however, the limit will apply if you attempt to add additional options to these sheets.
